Pricing, Venue and Workshop Update

As we enter into the month of June we want to provide you with some updates regarding pricing, weekly venues and workshops. We appreciate each and every member of our dance community and look forward to seeing all of you on the dance floor!!!

Pricing:

Effective today, June 1st, lesson and dance party pricing is changing. Moving forward drop-in pricing for lessons and dance parties will be $15 per person. We do have options available to pre-purchase an 11 lesson punch card for $130 or a Monthly unlimited Red Card for $90. Both the Punch Card and Red Card are only eligible to be used at regular priced lessons and dance parties hosted by Stompin' Boots. They may not be used for privately hosted or specially priced events.

Our Lesson Punch Card provides you with 11 lessons for $130 and is valid for 4 months. Within any given four months we have over 50 lessons and dance parties you can attend and the price comes out to less than $12 per lesson. A punch card may be used for entry for multiple people and must be presented at check-in to be used.

Our Monthly Unlimited Red Card, at $90, allows you to attend as many regularly priced lessons and dance parties as you would like within the month it was purchased for. Each month we have at least 12 to 16 lessons and dance parties at which you can use the Red Card.

Weekly Venues:

We are sad to announce that we will no longer have Wednesday Night Absolute Beginner Lessons at White Lion Brewing Company in Springfield, MA. We want to take this opportunity to thank White Lion for opening their venue to us!

Our regular weekly venues moving forward are below.

• Mondays - 6:00 pm

  • Joanna's Cafe - Somers, CT

• Tuesdays - 6:00 pm

  • Old Well Tavern - Simsbury, CT

• Thursdays - 6:00 pm

  • Shaker Farms Country Club - Westfield, MA

Workshops:

We are happy to announce at this time that we will be hosting a Learn to Line Dance Workshop for Absolute Beginners Wednesday evenings throughout the month of June. Join us for a 4-week introductory line dance workshop which includes basic line dance steps, the names of steps and examples of proper foot placement, beginner dances, introduction to CopperKnob stepsheets, dance floor etiquette, and a whole lotta FUN! The goal of this workshop is for you to feel comfortable on the dance floor and ready to join other line dance classes wherever you may go.

Classes will run from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and will be held at a private venue in Granby, CT, with further information and details to be provided upon completed registration. If you are unable to make a class you may show up half an hour early the following week for a quick review of what was covered the week before. Pre-registration and payment are required. The 4 week workshop is $60, and drop-ins will be accepted at a $20 per session rate IF space is available.
