Stompin' Boots offers workshops for all levels. Are you just starting to line dance and want to learn the absolute basics? Have you started getting the basics down and want to go a step further? Are you an experienced dancer wanting to learn more challenging dances? We've got a workshop for you!

Unless otherwise listed, all specialty workshops are held at a private venue in Granby, CT. The venue details will be communicated to participants following registration.
Learn to Line Dance
You've been interested for a while, watched social media clips and hear everyone talking about it, yet you're not quite sure you can do it. I'm here to tell you that you CAN learn to line dance! This is the perfect introduction towards learning how! We cover the basic steps, explain dance floor etiquette, introduce step sheets, along with teaching a handful of dances for the Absolute Beginner!! You'll end this class with a good foundation to Level Up!

Level Up
Now that you're comfortable with the basics, you're ready to learn more! This class is the perfect way to transition into putting all that footwork together with a more challenging sequence of steps. We will continue to read step sheets to strengthen this skill and discuss dance floor & class etiquette. This workshop is also beginner level and is the next step in continuing your progression of line dancing.

Improver Plus
Now you're hooked! You've attended numerous dance events, jumped in to learn on the fly and also realized there are so very many line dances out there that are calling your name! This workshop will focus on 2 teaches each week of Improver Level *Plus dances. Teaches will be selected by Shellie and based on several factors including *Most Popular on CK (top 100), *Dances every line dancer should know, *Area Favorites, *Stompin' Boots Top 50 and *My Personal Favorites! Dances will be chosen and listed1 week ahead of class.
